Born in Central Kentucky, Pamela's musical career began at age 3, singing acapella in the family gospel quartet. Later, joining the Heaven Bound Gospel Quartet, her lead vocals and harmonies were heard in the hills and valleys in the Bluegrass and surrounding states. Two recordings later, other musical adventures were awaiting.
Pamela's solo career took her to the hills of West Virginia. While starting her family there, she performed at local venues and churches. Arriving in South Bend, Indiana the 1990's saw her performing with a previously all-male local favorite entitled, "Shoot From The Hip". This country western influence brought forth her self-titled debut album, "Pamela Anton".
On the album, "Somewhere Between Hello And Goodbye" enjoyed a nationally # 1 independent chart status in December 2001 and #1 internationally in January 2002. This recording has helped her share the stage with such greats as Kitty Wells, Johnny Wright, James Blackwood & The Blackwood Brothers, Neal McCoy and a summer 2003 billing with Lonestar.
Pamela had
a 5 week multi-country
encore in Europe in 2003, following a tour there in 2002.
She currently resides in Northwest Indiana with her husband and three
children.
